Economic Daily News: Taiwan-Singapore economic pact opens doors

The trade pact between Taiwan and Singapore, officially known as the Agreement between Singapore and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu on Economic Partnership (ASTEP), is the second free trade agreement (FTA) signed by Taiwan this year, following the signing of an economic pact with New Zealand.
