Acer sues Samsung, Toshiba for optical disk drive price-fixing

Acer Inc. confirmed Monday that it has sued several optical disk drive makers, including South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. and Japan's Toshiba Corp., for their alleged roles in a price-fixing conspiracy.
