Taiwan, China to jointly investigate telecom fraud: official

Taiwan and China will jointly investigate telecom fraud rings in Kenya and Malaysia that allegedly targeted residents of China before negotiating how Taiwanese nationals involved in the rings will be prosecuted, according to a Taiwanese official Friday.
