U.S. encourages 'constructive dialogue' ahead of Ma-Xi meeting

U.S. State Department spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau said Tuesday that the United States encourages "constructive dialogue" between Taiwan and China after the U.S. became aware of reports about the upcoming meeting between the leaders of the two sides.
