Hung reiterates 'pillar' role of '92 consensus' in cross-strait ties

Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱), the ruling Kuomintang's presidential candidate, told a senior American official Monday that the 1992 consensus is the most important pillar for maintaining peace across the Taiwan Strait.
