Taiwanese-American historian Hsu Cho-yun wins 2024 Tang Prize in Sinology

Taiwanese-American historian Hsu Cho-yun wins Tang Prize in Sinology for his “holistic approach to the study of Chinese history; his engagement with the cultural and intellectual exchanges between China and the world; and his capacity to broach contemporary issues from the perspective of antiquity." In this interview, sponsored by the Tang Prize Committee, the laureate shared his feeling about receiving the prize at the age of 94 and how he wished to inspire others.
