Second foreign-born football player becomes Taiwan national

Football player Ange Samuel Kouame (安以恩), born in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in West Africa, promised to do his best if selected to play in Taiwan's national team on receiving Taiwan citizenship earlier this week.
