Taiwanese short film wins Golden Reel Award at LAAPFF

Taiwanese director Joseph Chen-chieh Hsu's (許承傑) latest short "The Lobster Kid" (龍蝦小孩) won the Golden Reel Award at the just-concluded Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival (LAAPFF), the highest honor granted at the festival for a short film.
