Mercury in northern Taiwan to drop to 10°C or lower; cold warning issued

The Central Weather Administration (CWA) issued cold surge advisories Sunday for four cities and counties in Taiwan as a continental cold air mass approached the island from the north, causing temperatures to drop below 10 degrees.
