Nearly one-in-ten fruits, vegetables fail pesticide tests: Taiwan FDA

The most recent testing of pesticide residues on fresh fruit and vegetables around Taiwan revealed a contamination rate of 8.5 percent, with the failed items largely from hot pot chains and supermarkets.
