Northeasterly winds to bring cool, wet weather to northern Taiwan

The weather will be relatively stable for the first half of Friday before a weather front arrives and seasonal northeasterly winds begin to strengthen, bringing cool, wet conditions to northern Taiwan in the afternoon, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) forecast Thursday.
