Heavy rain advisory issued for parts of northern, eastern Taiwan

Seasonal northeast winds are bringing rain and cooler weather to northern and northeastern Taiwan, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said Saturday, issuing a heavy rain advisory for some of those areas.
