Typhoon Koinu kills 1, injures over 300 in Taiwan

Nearly 3,000 incidents related to Typhoon Koinu have been reported, including one fatality, the Central Emergency Operation Center said Thursday, as tens of thousands of homes continued to be plagued by blackouts caused by the storm.
