Haikui forecast to bring 700mm rainfall to Hualien, Taitung Sept. 2-5

Typhoon Haikui is expected to bring about 700 millimeters of accumulated precipitation to Hualien and Taitung in eastern Taiwan from Sept. 2-5, with the two counties forecast to take the brunt of the approaching storm, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Saturday.
