Typhoon forecast to turn northward toward Japan; sea warning possible

Typhoon Khanun, which was originally projected to approach China's coast after moving north of Taiwan, is now expected to turn toward Japan, but the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Monday it could still issue a sea warning for the storm.
