Khanun strengthens into typhoon; sea warning likely Tuesday: CWB

Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday it could issue a sea warning for Typhoon Khanun on Tuesday, as the strengthening storm heads towards Japan's Ryukyu Islands.
