Chinese man swims to Matsu 'seeking freedom,' surrenders to authorities

A Chinese man in his 40s surrendered to the authorities on Matsu, a Taiwan-controlled island group off the coast of southern China, after seeking assistance from tourists in an effort to get treatment for a painful bee sting on Monday.
