Only 15% of containers on sunken ship off Kaohsiung retrieved

Just over 200 of the 1,349 empty containers that fell into the ocean after the Palau-flagged ship Angel sank while anchored off Kaohsiung port have been recovered, the Kaohsiung branch of Taiwan International Ports Co. said Monday.
