Mistreated pigeons found abandoned under a bridge in Taichung

34 defeathered pigeons, including two that had been declawed, were rescued after being abandoned under a bridge in Taichung's Dali District Thursday, following a report to the police and animal protection authority by city councilor Chiang Ho-shu (江和樹), who was alerted to the situation by local residents.
