Temperatures of up to 38℃ forecast to scorch Hualien for 3 straight days

The mercury is expected to rise to 38 degrees Celsius in Hualien County for three consecutive days and to remain high in other parts of Taiwan, due to a strengthening high pressure system, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Thursday.
