The Changhua District Court has sentenced two men to 3 years and 8 months in jail for stealing the ashes of Cheng Shin Rubber Ind. Co. founder Lo Chieh-min (羅結民) and trying to ransom them back to his family for NT$60 million ($1.95 million), according to a statement from the court issued Wednesday.
