Heavy rain alert lifted; most of Taiwan to see dry weather Tuesday

A weather alert issued for up to 14 counties and cities in Taiwan early Monday was lifted Monday afternoon, with dry weather forecast to return to most parts of Taiwan on Tuesday, the Central Weather Bureau said.
