Incoming rain set to bypass drought-stricken central and southern Taiwan

Two weather fronts are set to bring precipitation to Taiwan from Tuesday, though the incoming rain will do little to relieve an ongoing drought in central and southern Taiwan, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Sunday.
