Taipei Metro apologizes for demanding to measure baby stroller

Taipei Rapid Transportation Corp. on Tuesday apologized to a mother who complained that Taipei Metro staff insisted on measuring her baby stroller, with her two twins inside, before allowing her to use the Metro system.
