Poor air quality over Tainan, Kaohsiung

The Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) on Sunday cautioned residents in southeastern Taiwan, particularly Tainan and Kaohsiung, to refrain from outdoor activities due to unhealthy air quality caused by pollutants blown in by the northeastern monsoon.
