Communities 'relatively safe' amid COVID-19 pandemic: health minister
Taipei, April 14 (CNA) Taiwan's communities are "relatively safe," the health minister said Tuesday while updating the number of new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, which stood at a "delightful" zero for that day.
