The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) on Saturday imposed a Level 2 travel alert for France, Germany and Spain, advising travelers entering Taiwan from those countries to observe 14 days of self-health management, in view of a recent spike in novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases there.
