The air quality was generally fair on Sunday in most parts of Taiwan, except several places, including Wanli in New Taipei City and Chiayi County, where the air was detected as unhealthy for sensitive groups, according to the Environmental Protection Administration's (EPA's) Taiwan Air Quality Monitoring Network.
