Taiwanese fishing boat detained overseas expected home Friday

A Pingtung-based fishing boat that had been detained in the Philippines for over three months left the port of San Vicente on Luzon Island and should return to Donggang Harbor on Friday evening, a Fisheries Agency official has said.
