Taiwan charity builds classrooms for Philippine typhoon victims

A Taiwan-based Buddhist charity, Tzu Chi Foundation, is building dozens of makeshift classrooms for school children in typhoon devastated areas of the Philippines so that they can start school again as soon as possible, a foundation member said Tuesday.
