Entegris opens its largest global production hub in Kaohsiung

Entegris, Inc., an American supplier of advanced semiconductor materials to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC), on Wednesday opened its largest global production site in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan, despite escalating geopolitical tensions.
