Ex-U.S. official urges public-private collaboration on cybersecurity

Governments should work with the private sector and civil societies to strengthen their countries' cybersecurity, former United States Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said Tuesday at the opening of a cybersecurity expo in Taipei.
