ITRI partners with Japanese firm to boost semiconductor yield rates

The government-sponsored Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) said on Tuesday that it has teamed up with Japanese semiconductor chemical material manufacturer Tokuyama Corp. in an attempt to push for integrated circuit (IC) production yield rates.
