Taiwanese data buoys to improve typhoon forecast accuracy

An unprecedented dataset collected in the Northwest Pacific using Taiwanese-designed ocean observation buoys, will help improve future typhoon forecast accuracy, National Taiwan University (NTU) said Thursday.
