Taiwan condemns Hamas attack on Israeli civilians, raises travel alert

Taiwan's government has condemned the Palestinian militant group Hamas' attack on Israeli civilians early Saturday that killed hundreds of people, and has raised its travel warning for the Middle Eastern country.
