St. Lucia External Affairs, International Trade and Civil Aviation Minister Alva R. Baptiste will visit Taiwan next week to meet with President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) to discuss mutual cooperation projects, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Sunday.
