Taiwan's Foreign Minister Joseph Wu (吳釗燮) and the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) Executive President Dante Mossi signed an agreement in Taipei Monday pledging US$26 million to promote women's empowerment and entrepreneurship.
