Court upholds ruling on state ownership of Chiangs' presidential diaries

The Taiwan High Court on Tuesday upheld a trial court's decision that the diaries of former Republic of China presidents Chiang Kai-shek (蔣介石) and Chiang Ching-kuo (蔣經國) dating from their terms in office belong to the state.
