Widow of democracy activist hopes to reopen investigation

Chen Su-chen (陳素貞), widow of democracy activist Chen Wen-chen (陳文成), who died under mysterious circumstances four decades ago, wrote in an open letter on the Facebook page of her husband's memorial foundation Friday that she hopes the government will reopen the case.
