Biden seen likely to retain U.S. decision on exchanges with Taiwan

Two Taiwanese scholars said Sunday that the incoming administration of United States President-elect Joe Biden is unlikely to revoke the current U.S. administration's decision Saturday to lift restrictions on contact between American and Taiwanese officials.
