Taiwan should correct procedural issues with death penalty: NHRC

Taiwan's government should correct the numerous procedural problems in the way the death penalty is carried out and work to protect the rights of new immigrants and migrant workers, Taiwan's National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) said Thursday, Human Rights Day.
