Czech Senate president to address Taiwan Legislature, receive medal

Miloš Vystrčil, president of the Senate of the Czech Republic, will deliver a speech in Taiwan's Legislature, which will honor him with a medal, when he visits later this month, Legislative Speaker You Si-kun (游錫堃) said Wednesday.
