DPP picks up 2 seats, KMT 1 in legislative by-elections (update)

The ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) made a slight comeback in legislative by-elections Saturday after a landslide loss in local government elections late last year, picking up two seats, while the opposition Kuomintang (KMT) grabbed one.
