'Illiberal democracy' emerging in Taiwan: former President Ma

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) administration is sliding further and further toward authoritarianism, with an "illiberal democracy" now emerging in Taiwan, former President Ma Ying-jeou (馬英九) said Thursday.
