Tokyo, Feb. 8 (CNA) Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sent a letter of condolences Thursday to President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) over the strong earthquake that hit Hualien County in eastern Taiwan late Tuesday.
