Taiwan signs two cooperation pacts with Caribbean allies

Foreign Minister David Lee (李大維) witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements with two Caribbean allies during a visit to Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Saint Kitts and Nevis, according to MOFA spokesman Andrew Lee (李憲章) Sunday.
