Taiwan, U.S. to cooperate in empowering women through APEC fund

Taiwan's representative to the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Summit and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said in Lima on Friday that the two sides intend to set up an "APEC Women and the Economy Sub-Fund."
