Brussels, Oct. 21 (CNA) Taiwan signed a memorandum of understanding Wednesday with the United Kingdom-based International Seafarers' Welfare and Assistance Networks' Maritime Piracy Humanitarian Response Programme (MPHRP), under which Taiwan will donate US$30,000 to the Piracy Survivor Family Fund.
