KMT passes proposal to revoke nomination of presidential candidate

Taipei, Oct. 14 (CNA) The Central Standing Committee of the ruling Kuomintang (KMT) passed a proposal Wednesday to revoke the nomination of its presidential candidate, Hung Hsiu-chu (洪秀柱), just three months before the presidential election of Jan. 16, 2016.
