Taipei, Aug. 20 (CNA) Taiwan's representative to Canada, Bruce Jung-da Linghu (令狐榮達), was named Thursday vice foreign minister to replace Andrew Kao (高振群) who was transferred in July to serve as deputy secretary-general of the National Security Council.
